Metadesk integrates with a wide range of hospitality CRS and booking engines. Our team will confirm compatibility during onboarding and handle technical setup for a seamless launch.

Can I use Metadesk if I already have a hospitality digital agency?
Yes. Metadesk can be used as a standalone metasearch platform, and we’re happy to collaborate with your existing agency or internal team.

We offer a pay-per-stay model, charging only for stays that actually occurred. Each month, you’re billed on stays that took place the month prior, with cancellations and loyalty members removed. Plus, we offer variable commission - as metasearch revenue goes up, your pricing goes down

Do I get support, or is it self-service?
Metadesk combines powerful automation with hospitality expertise. Our team of strategists proactively manages campaigns, diagnoses issues, and optimizes spend, so you get more than a dashboard; you get a partner.

Does Metadesk work for independent hotels and resorts, or just large chains?
Metadesk was designed for properties of all sizes. Whether you’re a boutique resort or part of a global portfolio, the platform scales to your needs.

 

Partnerships & Onboarding

How long does it take to get started?
Most hotels can launch campaigns within a few weeks. Our team handles technical setup, booking engine audits, and integrations to ensure a smooth start.

What does onboarding with Metadesk look like?
We start with discovery and strategy development, followed by setup of your digital marketing channels, tracking systems, and performance dashboards. You’ll be assigned a Client Success Manager and supporting team who specialize in your hotel marketing service areas.

Who will I work with day-to-day?
You can connect with your account rep through our portal and inform them of things like need periods, or even request a meeting. For hotel collections and enterprise accounts, we do offer an account rep.

Do you offer support for multi-property groups or brands?
Yes. We specialize in portfolio-level strategy and reporting. Our services scale to accommodate management companies, ownership groups, and collections seeking unified marketing strategy with property-level flexibility.

Do you offer project-based services or only long-term contracts?
We offer both. We have several terms available, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
