To ensure accurate pricing and maintain compliance with metasearch partner requirements, only publicly available rates should be sent through metasearch.

• Public promotional rates
• Discounts available to all users without eligibility requirements

Do Not Channel These Rates

Qualified rates are not permitted on metasearch, including:

• Local or resident rates (including in-state resident offers)
• Promotions requiring ID verification
• Government rates
• Military rates
• AAA/AARP rates
• Corporate or negotiated rates
• Group rates
• Member-only or loyalty rates that require sign-in or membership verification
• Any other rate requiring a qualification or proof of eligibility

General Rule

If a guest must qualify for a rate by providing an ID, membership, employment status, residency, or any other eligibility requirement, do not channel that rate to metasearch.

If a promotion is publicly available to all guests without qualification, it should be made available through metasearch.
